Returns & Exchanges Policy
Standard Orders (Change of Mind)
⚠️ We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), goods that are made to order or clearly personalized are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to most online purchases.

- Production begins immediately after your purchase
- Each item is created specifically according to your chosen specifications
- The product cannot be resold as it was made uniquely for your order

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective in manufacturing or printing
- Incorrect (wrong design, size, or color)
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

What Qualifies as Damaged or Defective?
We will accept returns/offer replacements for:

Refund Process & Timeline
If your return is approved:
1. Refund processing time: 5-7 business days from approval
2. Bank processing time: Additional 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
3. Refund method: Original payment method used at checkout
Please note:
- Original shipping costs (€5) are non-refundable unless the error was on our end
- You will not need to return damaged/defective items to us — we'll handle it digitally to save time and hassle

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it:
1. Check with neighbors, building reception, or household members
2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
